Member profile and the uploading of any listings for display on the Portal.

We may, at times, change this Policy of Use as set out in the https://cdulu.com/terms-of-use-policy. We reserve the rights to maintain the standard and quality of the content(s) on the Portal (not limited to listing information, virtual tour, photograph and agent profile) by making modification of content that we consider reasonable in the circumstances. We may direct you to modify content that we consider are reasonable in the circumstances.

By using the services provided by [Virtualpedia Sdn Bhd] ("we", “us” or “ours”) on https://www.cdulu.com (the "Portal"), you agree to the following:

Not to violate any law and regulation (including but not limited to the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Content Code).
Not to use the portal for any immoral, fraudulent and illegal activities, including but not limited to prostitution, pornography, money laundering, gambling and counterfeiting.
Not to infringe the copyright, patent, trademark or other intellectual property right of any party.
To use the Product/Service for the genuine listing of real property for sale or rent, on behalf of the party entitled to offer the property for sale or rent.
To have obtained the permission and agreement of the property owners, including but not limited to individuals, and/or private home owners and company/organization/trustee.
To provide genuine and accurate information and profile of yourself.
Not to impersonate any individual or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization or individual.
To provide genuine and accurate information of the property that is for sale or rent; including but not limited to categorization, location and area.
Not to use incorrect photos or pictures to display the photo of the property other than the property for sale or rent.
Not to resell the Product/Service or its contents to any other party; including but not limited to any individual or company/agency that does not subscribe to our service.
Not to disclose or distribute another user’s personal information to a third party or use the information for marketing purposes without prior consent from that user.
Not to embed the virtual tour at any other property portal
Not to remove, cover, alter or otherwise deface any copyright and trademark, or other identification from any aspect of the services on the Portal;

At any time during your use of our Product and/or Service, whereby, in any way it breaches this Term of Use Policy, you are deemed to have gone against your obligation in your Agreement with us for your use of the Product and/or Service. We reserve the rights to take action to remedy the breach, including but not limited to, taking offline or deleting the specific Listing, deleting the agent profile, suspension of the user account, or any other actions that we deemed necessary under the law.

Where we take offline or delete the Listings due to a breach in the Term of Use Policy, you will remain liable for your contractual obligations until the date of termination or expiry of your Agreement with us.
